We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and investing in our employees' personal and professional development.

Job Purpose

The Evaluations Officer will independently conduct the final review of the Tajikistan Food Security Safety Net Activity, assessing its performance, results, and sustainability. This involves developing the review methodology, collecting and analyzing data through field visits and stakeholder interviews, and triangulating evidence on project components. Responsibilities

The consultant will develop a robust review methodology, including an evaluation matrix, sampling approach, and necessary tools, culminating in a detailed workplan. Field visits will be conducted to gather firsthand information through key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and structured observations. The analysis will focus on triangulating evidence related to targeting, delivery, outcomes, implementation efficiency, and asset sustainability, while clearly identifying any data gaps or limitations. A critical aspect of the role is the integration of gender equality, disability inclusion, protection, and accountability principles throughout the review process, ensuring ethical considerations like informed consent and confidentiality are upheld. Finally, the consultant will validate findings with stakeholders, prepare clear conclusions, extract lessons learned, and formulate prioritized recommendations with defined responsible actors and timeframes.
