PFP stakeholders are integrating digital solutions into operations, adopting AI and automation, and using data as strategic assets to improve cybersecurity, risk management, and digital experience with supporters and partners.
Job Purpose
The Digital Impact Specialist will lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and operation of secure, integrated digital platforms that support UNICEF’s fundraising, partnerships, knowledge management, and collaboration efforts. This role is crucial for strengthening application governance, lifecycle management, and fostering responsible innovation through AI, automation, and cloud technologies. The incumbent will manage and support the development, implementation, and operations of ICT platforms and systems aligned with the overall digital strategy for fundraising and partnerships, knowledge management, and partner collaboration. They will contribute to managing the business applications portfolio and promote technological innovation for PFP and its constituents, including National Committees and Country Offices with PSFR operations, ensuring enhanced efficiency and improved digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the technical support for the development, implementation, and operations of the fundraising eco-system, ensuring seamless integration of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Content Management System (CMS), Supporter Relationship Management (CRM), and systems for Knowledge Management and Collaboration with partners. Enhance business applications governance by fostering collaboration with business owners and strategic partners, building strong relationships, and developing capacity. Provide support for the overall PFP business applications lifecycle management, including their integration points, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Support the promotion and fostering of innovation through technology, exploring and implementing new solutions to enhance digital capabilities. Act as an ICT resource and focal point for all matters related to AI-supported digital fundraising, CMS platforms, and cloud services. Collaborate closely with the PFP-ICT Unit, key resources in DID-HQ, and knowledge management groups within PFP to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Work Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in information technology management and business operations within a large international organization and/or corporation is required.
