Organizational Context
The Ibero-American Program for the Strengthening of South-South Cooperation (PIFCSS) is an intergovernmental initiative promoting South-South and Triangular Cooperation in Ibero-America, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals. It fosters horizontal cooperation among diverse countries, sharing experiences and building consensus. PIFCSS strengthens institutional capacity and networking, focusing on development results and gender mainstreaming. The 2026 Ibero-American Dialogue on Decentralized South-South and Triangular Cooperation convened representatives from 19 countries to analyze trends and opportunities.
Job Purpose
This role supports the Ibero-American Program for the Strengthening of South-South Cooperation (PIFCSS) by editing video materials from the 2026 Ibero-American Dialogue on Decentralized South-South and Triangular Cooperation. The dialogue, held in Puebla, Mexico, brought together international cooperation agencies, subnational governments, and specialists to discuss cooperation trends. The volunteer will edit recordings from Zoom transmissions and panels to make them accessible through digital channels. Creative direction and oversight will be provided by the PIFCSS Technical Unit. This assignment aims to enhance the dissemination of valuable content from the dialogue to a wider audience interested in South-South and Triangular Cooperation.
Responsibilities
Edit video materials derived from Zoom transmissions and panel recordings of the 2026 Ibero-American Dialogue on Decentralized South-South and Triangular Cooperation. Apply professional video editing techniques to enhance the quality and clarity of the content. Incorporate animation and graphic design elements as needed to create engaging and informative videos. Ensure that the final edited videos align with the creative direction and standards set by the PIFCSS Technical Unit. Manage and organize video assets efficiently. Collaborate effectively with the PIFCSS team, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail throughout the editing process. Produce videos suitable for dissemination across various digital channels, making the dialogue's insights accessible to interested parties.
Work Experience
Professional experience in video animation and editing is required. Proficiency in editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro is necessary. Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator is also required. Candidates should possess creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse and intercultural teams.
