Job Purpose
The Public Partnerships Associate will support UNICEF Philippines in strengthening its public partnerships and resource mobilization efforts. This role involves implementing and institutionalizing the UNISON platform, ensuring data quality, managing pipelines, and tracking opportunities. The associate will leverage UNICEF's corporate digital platforms and data analytics tools to enhance partnership development and inform decision-making. Key contributions include developing reports and dashboards to monitor partnership performance and support resource mobilization strategies. The position requires a professional approach to manage sensitive organizational information, donor intelligence, and stakeholder engagement data effectively.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Public Partnerships Officer, the Public Partnerships Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and institutionalization of the UNISON platform within UNICEF Philippines. This includes ensuring data quality, managing the partnership pipeline, tracking opportunities, generating reports, and providing user support. The role also involves strengthening the use of UNICEF's corporate digital platforms, partnership intelligence tools, and data analytics to enhance public partnership development and resource mobilization. The associate will contribute to creating reports and dashboards to monitor partnership performance and support resource mobilization efforts. Additionally, the position requires performing other partnership and resource mobilization-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor, handling sensitive organizational information, donor intelligence, and stakeholder data with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required in areas such as partnerships, resource mobilization, data management, or portfolio management. Experience supporting engagement with governments, development partners, donors, or multilateral organizations is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, with experience in CRM systems, databases, or digital platforms being an asset. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including research, data management, and reporting, are necessary.
