The national consultant's primary responsibilities will include providing support for national coordination, preparing and implementing data collection activities, and conducting field missions. Their in-depth knowledge of the Comorian context, national and local institutions, and relevant stakeholders will be crucial for identifying and engaging actors, scheduling meetings, facilitating access to informants and sites, and organizing data collection activities across the three islands.
