Job Purpose

The Consultant will contribute to and be responsible for providing consultancy services in developing an overarching Theory of Change (ToC) narrative and diagram for Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE). Key responsibilities include developing a detailed work plan, finalizing the ToC Diagram and transforming it into an interactive PDF. The consultant will develop a comprehensive ToC narrative detailing enabling activities, means of delivery, change pathways, desired changes, assumptions, potential risks, and accountabilities. Additionally, they will develop an overarching results framework with relevant SMART indicators, update the UNICEF RRBM/SBC glossary for EORE, and coordinate/facilitate sessions with partners and stakeholders to finalize the ToC and results framework. The consultant will also organize remote testing of the draft ToC and results framework with three countries and adjust them accordingly.
