Job Purpose

The purpose of this consultancy is to provide focused country-level support to Ethiopia for the Actionable Health Analytics for Decision-making (AHEAD) initiative, specifically concerning immunization analytics and coordination. The role involves supporting the operationalization of the AHEAD approach by strengthening coordination with country-level counterparts, organizing technical inputs, documenting methods and findings, facilitating follow-up actions from AHEAD analyses, and managing subnational teams involved in AHEAD implementation. The consultant will ensure that analytical work is translated into clear, usable outputs for decision-making at the national level, including support for workshops, technical discussions, report development, and communication with government and partner stakeholders. This position is crucial for enhancing the use of subnational administrative immunization data to improve health equity and outcomes for women, children, and adolescents in Ethiopia.

Prepare meeting notes, action matrices, decision summaries, briefing materials, and other essential documents. Support the development or refinement of Terms of Reference (TORs), agendas, and templates for technical working groups or related coordination structures. 3. **Ethiopia AHEAD Operational Workplan and Implementation Monitoring:** Develop and maintain a rolling workplan covering milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines. Monitor implementation progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate timely follow-up and resolution of agreed actions. 4. **Communication and Technical Materials:** Prepare Ethiopia-focused briefing notes, talking points, presentations, FAQs, and summaries for technical and programme audiences. Support the preparation of materials for dissemination and communication.
