This consultancy supports the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Compact, aligning it with the 10th Education, Science and Sports Sector Development Plan (ESSSDP) 2026-2030. The consultant will provide technical, analytical, facilitation, and drafting support to the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), UNICEF (as Grant Agent), and other education sector partners.
