The organization's mandate includes ending unmet need for family planning, preventable maternal deaths, gender-based violence, and adapting to demographic change through evidence-based policies.
Job Purpose

The role addresses the informal and undocumented nature of Ghana's vibrant youth-led organizations, networks, and influencers engaged in SRHR advocacy and broader youth development. A mapping exercise is crucial to identify and profile these actors across specified regions, assess their thematic depth, funding sustainability, and capacity gaps. They will develop and deploy a digital data collection tool to map youth networks, organizations, and influencers working on SRHR, RHE, and related youth development areas across primary and secondary regions. Collaboration with NYA Regional Directors will be key for data verification. The role involves auditing existing interventions, assessing the credibility of digital content creators, and reviewing the financial landscape and capacity gaps of mapped organizations. Regional consultations will validate findings, leading to a final report with a structured database, sustainability assessment, and strategic recommendations for strengthening RHE advocacy and youth empowerment.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in stakeholder mapping, landscape analysis, or research involving youth-led organizations. Demonstrated experience with youth-centered data collection methods, including digital approaches, is required.
