Engage in strategic dialogue and coordinate institutionally with MENFP, UNESCO Port-au-Prince, the Inter-American Development Bank, and other partners. Oversee results monitoring, identify risks, and propose necessary adjustments for effective program execution. Manage and supervise technical teams, national and international experts, and consultants. Ensure the quality of programs, pedagogical resources, training content, and publications. Manage program resources efficiently according to UNESCO rules and procedures, and contribute to partnership development and resource mobilization. Represent UNESCO-IBE in program governance bodies, meetings with national authorities, and with technical and financial partners. Execute other relevant tasks to achieve IBE's objectives.
