Organizational Context
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Brazil is implementing project BRA/23/009, focused on strengthening innovation and effectiveness within the Federal Justice of Ceará (JFCE) to promote a People-Centered Justice approach. This role, based in Fortaleza, will provide specialized technical advisory services to the project, contributing to the modernization of the JFCE and aligning with UNDP's strategic goals, particularly SDG 16.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide specialized technical advisory services to project BRA/23/009, focusing on innovation and technological product management within the Federal Justice of Ceará (JFCE). The Analyst will lead digital transformation initiatives, innovative methodologies, and best practices in project management to enhance the effectiveness of JFCE's operations. This senior position requires expertise in international cooperation and innovation project management, with a focus on leading teams and ensuring the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of implemented back-end solutions, contributing to the project's objective of fostering innovation and disruptive technologies.
Responsibilities
The Analyst will lead digital transformation initiatives, innovative methodologies, and best practices in project management to improve the effectiveness of the Federal Justice of Ceará (JFCE). Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing digital product development lifecycles, overseeing administrative and operational processes, and providing technical coordination and leadership to project teams. This involves ensuring effective implementation of IT projects, managing product backlogs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the creation of environments for continuous learning and experimentation. The role also entails managing project knowledge, producing technical reports, and contributing to team development and performance evaluations.
