Auxiliar Operativo de Proyecto en Procesos de Transparencia
Organizational Context
The Sinergia+ project aims to strengthen CONANP's management processes, enhancing its capacity for results-based planning, financial management, and strategic alliances. This role supports the Directorate of Legal Affairs in improving transparency and public information handling, contributing to Result 1: Institutional strengthening and effective conservation management in Protected Natural Areas (ANP).
Job Purpose
This role is crucial for bolstering the Directorate of Legal Affairs within CONANP, specifically focusing on enhancing transparency processes and public information management. The position will contribute to the proper handling of public information, personal data protection, and ensuring compliance with institutional regulations. By supporting the development, validation, and legal adaptation of normative documents and administrative procedures, the role directly aids in the effective conservation management of Protected Natural Areas, aligning with the project's strategic objectives and contributing to Result 1 of the Sinergia+ project.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with CONANP administrative units to support the development, validation, and legal adaptation of normative documents and administrative procedures. Contribute to legal analyses, prepare opinions, and follow up on legal proceedings. Assist in receiving, registering, channeling, attending, and tracking information access requests relevant to CONANP. Support the integration, organization, updating, control, and safekeeping of files, archives, and records related to transparency and information access processes. Aid in updating and managing information on the National Transparency Platform, the System of Transparency Obligations Portals (SIPOT), and other institutional tools.
Work Experience
For candidates with a high school diploma, a minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in Administrative Legal Management is required. For candidates with a university degree, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the aforementioned areas is required.
Skills
Experience in legal problem analysis and resolution. Desired: Knowledge/experience in preparing transparency resolutions, managing the SIPOT system, handling requests via the National Transparency Platform, and administrative legal project management. Knowledge of Protected Natural Areas is advantageous.
