Auxiliar Operativo de Proyecto en Procesos de Juicios de Amparo en ANP
Organizational Context
The Sinergia+ project aims to strengthen CONANP's management processes, enhancing its capacity for results-based planning, financial management, and strategic alliances. This role supports the institutional strengthening and effective conservation management of Natural Protected Areas (ANP) by fortifying the Legal Affairs Directorate.
Job Purpose
This role contributes to the Sinergia+ project by strengthening CONANP's Legal Affairs Directorate. The primary purpose is to fortify the processes for establishing priority Natural Protected Areas (ANP) through diligent follow-up and integration of information and documentation required for decree preparation. This directly supports institutional objectives and contributes to Result 1: Institutional strengthening and management for effective conservation in ANPs. The position involves assisting with legal proceedings, legislative reforms, and defending administrative acts and governmental decrees, ensuring the legal framework supports biodiversity conservation and ecological balance.
Responsibilities
The role involves assisting in the handling and resolution of amparo and nullity lawsuits. Responsibilities include supporting matters related to legislative reforms, public policies, and the defense of administrative acts and governmental decrees. The position requires contributing to the preparation of preliminary and justified reports, presenting evidence, filing appeals, designating experts, and monitoring compliance with judgments. Additionally, the role entails integrating and organizing documentation and evidence for legal proceedings and supporting the preparation of legal analyses and supporting documents for contentious matters involving CONANP.
Work Experience
Candidates with a high school diploma require at least 4 years of verifiable experience in amparo lawsuits. Candidates with university-level studies in Law or related fields require at least 1 year of experience in the aforementioned legal areas.
Skills
Experience in preparing quality reports. Proficiency in the General Law of Ecological Balance and Environmental Protection (LGEEPA) and its regulations for Natural Protected Areas. Desired skills include experience with reviewing, drafting, and defending decrees and declarations, knowledge of issuing, modifying, or challenging ANP creation decrees, and experience with legal project management.
