This role supports a mid-term review of this crucial programme.

Job Purpose

This role supports the mid-term review (MTR) of UN Women's 'She Demines' programme in Ukraine. The MTR will assess the programme's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, and integration of gender equality and human rights. It aims to document lessons learned, identify good practices, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results and sustainability for the remaining implementation period. Participate in primary data collection through key informant interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions, potentially involving travel to programme oblasts. Systematically document and analyze collected evidence, contribute to triangulation of findings, and prepare analytical inputs and assigned case studies. Provide substantive inputs to the draft MTR report, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Contribute to a validation workshop, the final evaluation report, and dissemination activities, ensuring the review addresses programme objectives and contributes to strategic learning and decision-making.
