This involves creating a micro-MEL framework for assessing impact on classroom practice. Additionally, the consultant will pilot the training package, refine it based on feedback, and orient and train a UNRWA team to implement the program effectively across different fields.

Demonstrable experience in designing teacher professional development programs in challenging contexts, integrating EdTech frameworks, and working across multiple countries is essential.
