Organizational Context
The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) serves as the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization (WHO).
Job Purpose
To strengthen programme management, implementation monitoring, donor reporting, and digital health coordination capacity for the regional Pandemic Fund project across six Eastern Caribbean Countries.
Responsibilities
Provide structured programme management support, including maintenance of a consolidated activity and procurement tracking system. Support the drafting of mandatory Pandemic Fund reporting products. Track and document the implementation of digital health activities. Support coordination with delivery partners to track contractual milestones and flag implementation risks. Support the technical advisor in identifying and addressing bottlenecks in budget execution and procurement timelines.
Work Experience
Experience working in Latin America and the Caribbean, including coordination with national and subnational governments. Proficiency in data management and analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel, or equivalent) for programme tracking and reporting dashboards. Excellent written English; ability to produce high-quality technical reports and donor communications independently. Willingness to travel to ECC countries as required.
