Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient conditions, escalating concerns as needed. Support initial triage and identification of vulnerable individuals (pregnant women, children, elderly, disabled, injured, or ill) in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health. Assist in managing medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper organization and stock monitoring. Conduct health promotion activities, including hygiene and disease prevention awareness. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and contribute to data management, respecting confidentiality. Execute other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors to support project activities.
