The consultant will be responsible for developing the assessment methodology and tools, creating country data collection plans, and training field teams. Key duties include coordinating and supervising data collection across four countries, conducting key informant interviews and focus group discussions, and ensuring adherence to quality and protection standards. The role also involves consolidating and analyzing data, producing country and regional findings, and facilitating validation with relevant teams. Finally, the consultant will produce a draft and final route-based analysis report, along with dissemination materials and presentations.

Required experience includes designing and implementing mixed-methods assessments, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and working on protection-related topics like GBV and trafficking. Experience producing analytical reports for humanitarian or policy audiences and working with international organizations is also necessary.
