Job Purpose

The Programme Officer (DTM) supports all facets of the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) programme in Myanmar, reporting to the Chief of Mission and Senior Programme Coordinator. This role is crucial for enhancing data collection and analysis on population mobility, displacement, and multisectoral needs, directly contributing to the humanitarian response in a country facing multifaceted crises. The position involves close coordination with regional and headquarters DTM teams, as well as the in-country Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) team. Key duties include developing information products such as analytical reports, displacement profiles, maps, and guidelines. The officer will manage the field reporting mechanism, ensure daily updates are cross-checked and disseminated, and facilitate the integration of cross-cutting issues like disability inclusion, protection, and gender perspectives into DTM activities. They will also support data protection principles, manage logistical and administrative arrangements, organize training for DTM staff and partners, and participate in meetings with partners and local authorities.
