Additionally, the expert will provide targeted international technical support during survey preparation and implementation, including reviewing training materials, offering advice on data collection challenges, and supporting knowledge transfer to KAS staff. A key responsibility is providing independent methodological quality assurance, focusing on international comparability, consistency, and adherence to relevant statistical standards, culminating in final recommendations on the survey's quality and reliability.
Work Experience
Experience in population censuses, large-scale surveys, or similar statistical exercises is advantageous. Knowledge of survey methodologies, sample design, and quantitative/qualitative research methods is essential. Familiarity with international migration statistics standards (Eurostat, UN) and experience providing methodological advice to public institutions are highly desirable.
