The role also encompasses rigorous documentation and reporting, including the preparation of detailed and regular case management reports for each beneficiary, meticulously detailing interventions, progress, and outcomes. Furthermore, the assistant is tasked with meticulous data management, which includes accurate and consistent data entry into IOM databases concerning assistance provided, alongside maintaining proper, secure, and confidential filing systems for all sensitive records. The position also requires the preparation of various statistics, comprehensive reports, and insightful analyses as requested by supervisors, always upholding the strictest confidentiality of all beneficiaries.
