Organizational Context
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for regulating shipping, and the Administrative Division supports the organization's operations.
Job Purpose
To assist in the development, maintenance, and operation of data engineering systems and processes within the IMO.
Responsibilities
Support data pipeline development and maintenance; Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes; Help ensure data quality and integrity; Contribute to the documentation of data engineering solutions; Provide technical support for data-related issues.
Work Experience
Some relevant experience in data management, database operations, or a related technical field is desirable.
