Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator will ensure effective project implementation through close collaboration with the project office in Kosovo, REU technical units, the Kosovo Association of Milk Producers (KAMP), and central institutions. This role requires significant engagement with project partners and beneficiaries to guarantee coherent activity implementation, timely output delivery, and efficient information exchange between FAO technical teams and local stakeholders. The coordinator will support the project office and REU technical teams in coordinating, implementing, and monitoring project activities, working closely with local partners.

Monitor project activity progress against the results framework, workplan, and deliverables, in consultation with the KAMP project manager. Organize and follow up on regular project coordination meetings involving FAO personnel, KAMP, partners, and stakeholders. Support the selection and engagement of project beneficiaries transparently and in compliance with FAO procedures. Draft terms of reference for local consultants and service providers, including tasks and responsibilities. Review technical deliverables from consultants and ensure timely reporting to donors. Coordinate activity implementation in target areas, engaging with beneficiaries and local stakeholders to identify needs and challenges. Monitor and support the organization of training activities. Prepare progress and terminal reports for the donor. Provide support for missions and consultants visiting project sites. Identify and help resolve operational and implementation issues. Contribute to communication and outreach materials on project activities and results.
