Job Purpose
The Fundraising Officer (Salesforce Business Analyst) will lead the evolution and stability of UNICEF Brazil's fundraising CRM (Salesforce). This role acts as a strategic bridge between business needs and technical solutions, managing the full development lifecycle from user stories to QA. The incumbent will automate marketing and sales processes to optimize donor acquisition and retention, ensuring platform integrity, scalability, and security. This critical position aims to advance fundraising goals by driving operational efficiency, ensuring business continuity, upgrading security and PCI compliance, and leading innovation in fundraising technology.
Responsibilities
As Product Owner of the Fundraising CRM (Salesforce), the incumbent will translate fundraising needs into a scalable technology roadmap and automate marketing and sales processes to optimize donor acquisition and retention. This includes managing the full development lifecycle: defining user stories, backlog prioritization, administrative configuration, data integration, and Quality Assurance (QA). The role guarantees the platform's integrity, scalability, and security (aligned with PCI standards) by coordinating internal teams and external vendors to maximize return on investment, process automation, and operational efficiency. Key accountabilities include acting as the strategic bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing and documenting business requirements, translating complex objectives into technical specifications, coordinating user story completion, managing regional releases, validating functional deliveries, supporting scalable data structures, assisting in budget management for CRM platforms, and collaborating on emerging technologies. The role also involves managing platform security and access governance, and customizing the CRM solution to align with evolving fundraising needs.
Work Experience
Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in CRM administration, Salesforce development, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in fundraising or non-profit sectors.
