Responsibilities
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to executive leadership, including managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on decisions. Responsibilities encompass preparing and reviewing executive correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role serves as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including diplomatic missions, to resolve administrative and operational matters. Additionally, the incumbent facilitates executive travel, events, and missions, coordinates administrative, financial, and resource activities, and manages records and information repositories. The position also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing guidance on administrative best practices.
Work Experience
A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible administrative, secretarial, or executive support experience is essential, with significant experience supporting senior managers or executives in an international or multicultural setting.
