Job Purpose
The Culture, Engagement & Performance Analyst provides crucial analytical and programmatic support for WIPO's culture, engagement, diversity, and performance management initiatives. This role leverages strong analytical capabilities and digital fluency to design and administer measurement tools, transform data into actionable insights, and support the development and execution of programs aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The analyst will utilize digital platforms, people analytics, and data visualization tools, playing a key role in demonstrating the tangible impact of WIPO's investments in culture and engagement.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will collect, analyze, and synthesize data from employee engagement surveys, culture assessments, performance management, and other people metrics, translating findings into actionable insights for HR leadership. They will identify trends in people data to inform evidence-based recommendations for culture, engagement, diversity, and performance management. The role involves contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of initiatives, monitoring their impact, and supporting the annual performance management cycle. Additionally, the analyst will support data visualization tools, prepare analytical reports for leadership and governing bodies, and contribute to knowledge management by curating relevant frameworks and resources.
Work Experience
Requires a minimum of six years of professional experience in human resources, organizational research, or people analytics, with a focus on generating and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data. Demonstrated experience in supporting culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives based on data insights, and experience with employee survey design and analysis are essential.
Skills
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) is essential. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, knowledge of diversity statistics, culture frameworks, and engagement techniques are required. Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach are also key.
