Organizational Context
The HR Data and Technology Unit supports the Human Resources Management Department's digital transformation by providing people-centric HR IT and data solutions. This role manages the unit and leads the digital transformation of HRMD, focusing on data, analytics, and technology to enable data-driven decisions and enhance business processes.
Job Purpose
The incumbent manages the HR Data and Technology Unit and spearheads the digital transformation of the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD). This involves defining and implementing a strategic roadmap for HR data, analytics, and technology. The role is crucial in evolving HR into a data-driven, AI-enabled, and people-centric function. By leveraging advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and human-centered design, the incumbent will enhance decision-making capabilities, improve the employee experience, and boost overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic vision for HR data, analytics, and digital transformation aligned with organizational priorities. Act as the subject matter expert in HR data, analytics, AI, and emerging HR technologies, advising senior leadership on innovation. Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI use cases for enhanced decision-making. Establish modern delivery models for HR data and analytics solutions. Lead the AI-driven digital transformation and redesign of HR business models and processes, applying user-centric design principles. Collaborate with ICTD, data science teams, and external partners to implement innovative solutions. Foster a data-driven culture within HRMD by promoting data literacy and effective data storytelling, integrating cutting-edge AI solutions.
Work Experience
At least seven years of professional experience in data and technology, including HR data, systems, and processes. Experience in data analysis, model development, trend identification, and talent management analytics. Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven analytics or automation. Experience in computer systems design, testing, and deployment, and partnering with stakeholders.
Skills
Strong HR domain knowledge with expertise in people analytics solutions. Solid understanding of predictive analytics, data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling for HR. Strong grasp of emerging technologies like AI and automation in HR. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination abilities.
