The role also involves delivering and collecting official pouches, mail, and parcels, and managing the day-to-day maintenance and record-keeping for assigned vehicles, ensuring their proper functioning and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities include driving senior WHO officials and VIPs, providing airport reception and assistance with formalities, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. The role also entails managing the delivery and collection of official pouches and mail, performing messenger services, and maintaining the assigned vehicle through regular checks, minor repairs, and ensuring cleanliness. Accurate logging of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance is required. Additionally, the driver will assist with procuring minor supplies, handling bill payments, and managing visa requests, car license renewals, and special permits for the Country Office.
Work Experience
