The Country Strategic Plan 2026-2030 focuses on integrated solutions to strengthen capacities, improve access to healthy diets and markets, and enhance emergency preparedness.
Job Purpose
The Programme Associate (Social and Behavioural Change) will lead SBC, marketing, and positioning strategies to promote healthy eating habits and demand for nutritious foods in Guatemala. This role is crucial for expanding the 'Generación Chispuda' initiative, fostering a national movement for healthy diets through positive messaging and participatory experiences. The associate will provide technical and operational support, strengthen territorial implementation, coordinate with public institutions and private sector partners, and manage social mobilization and community activities. This position directly contributes to Strategic Objective 2 by facilitating the adoption of practices that promote healthy diets and more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive food systems, while also supporting market access and capacity building for local producers.
Responsibilities
