Job Purpose
The Programme Assistant - Data Management will provide essential technical support in managing information for WFP's programmatic actions, including emergency response, livelihoods, school feeding, nutrition, and social protection. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of WFP's interventions. The incumbent will support planning and monitoring of technical and financial activities with cooperating partners, process and manage beneficiary data, and ensure data quality according to WFP standards. Responsibilities include compiling information for reports, tracking beneficiary requests, identifying data discrepancies, and supporting the development of project planning and monitoring tools. The position also involves maintaining accurate and accessible information in institutional systems and assisting with operational support to staff, contributing to the overall integrity and availability of data for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities

This position requires managing data integrity, assisting operational staff by gathering information, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Work Experience
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in managing project/program information is required.
