Job Purpose
The Management Services Assistant (G5) will provide essential support to the effective day-to-day delivery of specialized, client-focused, and value-for-money services within the Management Services portfolio. This role involves performing a range of tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery, including collating data and preparing basic analyses for reports to aid resource management. The incumbent will process routine actions in procurement, finance, and human resources, ensuring accurate data recording in corporate systems. Additionally, they will manage physical and digital records, serve as a primary contact for internal queries, and contribute to procedural improvements. The role also entails utilizing digital tools to enhance working practices, providing administrative support for inter-agency initiatives, liaising with contractors, and offering guidance to junior staff, all while being prepared for emergency response tasks.
Responsibilities

The incumbent will also offer advice and guidance to junior staff and perform emergency preparedness and response tasks as directed. This position is based in Monrovia and reports to the Management Services Associate.
