Job Purpose
The Multimedia Content and Campaign Producer will be responsible for planning, developing, and producing high-quality multimedia content and integrated storytelling campaigns to enhance WFP Lebanon's visibility, advocacy efforts, donor recognition, and public engagement. This role involves identifying compelling stories from WFP operations, transforming program results into impactful visual narratives, and creating creative multimedia products. These products will support digital communications, media engagement, donor visibility, and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with WFP's standards and objectives. The producer will drive innovative storytelling approaches and manage multimedia assets to effectively communicate WFP's mission and impact.
Responsibilities
The Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for developing and implementing multimedia storytelling concepts and campaigns to support WFP Lebanon's communications, advocacy, and donor visibility objectives. This role involves producing high-quality multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphics, for various communication platforms. The producer will collaborate with program units and field offices to identify compelling stories and communication opportunities, and plan multimedia field missions to document WFP operations, results, and donor support. Key duties include supporting communication activities for events and milestones, editing and packaging content to align with WFP branding, and proposing innovative approaches to enhance visibility and engagement. Additionally, the producer will support media engagement, coordinate with external service providers, and manage WFP Lebanon's multimedia archive, ensuring all assets are properly cataloged and stored with complete metadata. The role also requires performing other related duties as needed to strengthen WFP's public presence and impact.
Work Experience
Requires at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in visual communications, videography, photography, or multimedia production. Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality multimedia content for digital, media, and donor communications is essential. Proven ability to develop compelling visual stories and proficiency in multimedia production and editing software are also necessary.
