Job Purpose

The role requires evaluating training effectiveness using models like Kirkpatrick, monitoring competency development, and reporting on achievements to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of emergency telecommunications capabilities in the region.

Designing and implementing Train-the-Trainer programs to transfer skills to national stakeholders is crucial. Work Experience
Candidates need a minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in humanitarian preparedness, emergency management, capacity strengthening, learning and development, or related fields. Fluency (level C) in both oral and written English is also required.
