Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities involve performing administrative procurement activities efficiently to support the acquisition of goods and services for field operations. This includes compiling data, preparing and distributing documents for procurement programs, such as issuing tenders, evaluating offers, and negotiating contracts, while adhering to standard processes. A key duty is reviewing, recording, and prioritizing purchasing requests, ensuring all necessary documentation and funding are in place. The role also entails coordinating and monitoring the delivery of requisitions, verifying receipt and inspection of deliverables, and following up to ensure timely supply to operations. Information must be researched, collated, and presented in standard formats to aid informed decision-making. Maintaining accurate and accessible databases and records is crucial for reporting requirements. Work Experience
Requires at least five years of progressively responsible support experience in procurement or a related field.
