Job Purpose

The Consultant for Gender Diagnosis and Strategy will conduct an intersectional gender diagnosis within WFP Honduras' Resilience Program. This role is crucial for identifying and addressing significant gaps in equitable access to resources, services, and opportunities among women, men, youth, and other vulnerable groups. The consultant will design research protocols, conduct field assessments, and analyze data to inform program design and implementation. The objective is to strengthen the gender programmatic line by developing actionable recommendations and strategies for economic empowerment of women and youth. This includes creating tools for identifying community leadership, mapping organizations, and proposing alliances. The consultant will also produce a technical note on gender in the Resilience Program, serving as a reference for future interventions and donor proposals, ensuring gender equity is systematically integrated across all program components.
