Job Purpose
The Auxiliar de Apoyo Operativo will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM). This role involves planning and implementing CFM outreach and operational activities in coordination with direct beneficiary assistance programs. Key responsibilities include systematically collecting and processing information to generate reports and visualizations on CFM operations, ensuring strict adherence to corporate standards and data protection policies. The position requires responding to inquiries, proactively providing information to country management, and training and supervising CFM operators. Additionally, the role involves managing the CFM database, responding to beneficiary feedback, conducting satisfaction surveys, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Administrative and financial tasks related to CFM resource management are also part of the role.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to ensure the effective operation and implementation of the CFM (Complaints and Feedback Mechanism). This involves planning and executing outreach and operational activities, coordinating with other programs to reach beneficiaries directly. A key duty is the systematic collection and processing of information to generate reports, visualizations, and correspondence related to CFM operations and reach. The role requires strict adherence to corporate standards and data protection policies. It also entails responding to inquiries and proactively providing information to country management and unit heads for decision-making regarding assistance to target populations. Training and supervising staff involved in beneficiary support through CFM communication channels is essential. The position may also involve directly assisting beneficiaries through these channels. Managing the CFM database to log and respond to queries, complaints, and grievances is crucial. Conducting satisfaction surveys for beneficiaries who have used the CFM is also a responsibility. Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as implementing partners and community leaders, is necessary for coordinating CFM activities. Finally, the role includes processing administrative and financial tasks to ensure efficient resource management for the CFM.
Work Experience
A minimum of four years of experience in administrative, operational, or programmatic support functions is required. This requirement is reduced to two years of experience for candidates who have completed a university degree.
