Job Purpose
The Management Services Associate (Engineer) will provide independent technical supervision and quality assurance for renovation works in Yangon. This role ensures that all construction activities adhere strictly to approved architectural designs, WFP's construction standards, and relevant regulations. The associate will monitor progress, verify material quality and workmanship, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Key responsibilities include reviewing contractor plans, conducting site inspections, identifying and reporting defects or delays, and coordinating with WFP, design consultants, and contractors. The objective is to guarantee that renovation projects are completed within the agreed timeline and scope, meeting all required quality and safety standards, thereby contributing to the efficient and effective operational infrastructure of WFP.

Work Experience
Requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience in construction supervision, office renovation, fit-out, building maintenance, or similar fields.
