Job Purpose

Responsibilities

This role involves monitoring resource needs, identifying new requirements for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and analyzing data to prepare reports that aid in decision-making. The associate processes procurement, finance, and human resources actions, ensuring accurate and timely data recording. They also review and recommend procedural improvements for continuous service enhancement and provide timely resolutions to complex queries. Utilizing digital tools and adopting new technologies are key to improving working practices and customer service. The role includes participating in inter-agency initiatives for cost savings and service quality enhancement, liaising with external parties for efficient service delivery, and providing advice, support, and training to junior staff. Additionally, the associate contributes to emergency preparedness and response through resource allocation and analytics. This position requires a proactive approach to managing resources, problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Work Experience
Requires six or more years of progressive work experience in the relevant business stream, including general management services. Desired experience includes a strong understanding of WFP Management Services regulations and policies, data collation and reporting for management services portfolios (e.g., assets, facilities, fleet, travel), coordinating and guiding others, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
