Job Purpose
The Human Resource Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of WFP's People Policy within the Somalia Country Office, specifically focusing on the Area and Field Offices. Work Experience
Requires a minimum of three years of postgraduate professional experience in Human Resources, development, customer service, and administration, with an interest in international humanitarian development. Alternatively, a first university degree with five or more years of relevant experience is acceptable. Key attributes include potential, commitment, agility to learn, strategic thinking, and expertise in MS Office packages.
