Job Purpose
The Partnerships and OIM Senior Associate will play a crucial role in strengthening WFP Türkiye's engagement with partners and ensuring the effective management and dissemination of operational information. This position will support the Head of Partnerships in managing donor and partner relationships, contributing to partnership development, and drafting communications. A key responsibility will be coordinating and preparing high-quality donor reports in line with corporate requirements and timelines. Additionally, the role involves supporting the collection, analysis, and dissemination of programme data, developing analytical products, and ensuring data quality to inform decision-making. The Associate will facilitate information flow between units, ensuring alignment between operational delivery and partner commitments, and contributing to internal planning and review processes.
Responsibilities
The Partnerships and OIM Officer will play a crucial role in strengthening partner engagement and managing operational information within the WFP Türkiye Country Office. Key responsibilities include supporting partner management processes, ensuring effective communication with donors and stakeholders, and contributing to partnership development by preparing proposals and briefing materials. The role involves coordinating and preparing high-quality donor reports, consolidating inputs from various units, and maintaining reporting calendars to ensure timely submissions. Additionally, the officer will be involved in information and operational management, supporting the collection, organization, and analysis of programme data to inform decision-making. This includes developing dashboards and situation reports, ensuring data quality, and contributing to the enhancement of information management systems. The position also requires facilitating information flow between units, supporting alignment between operational delivery and partner commitments, and assisting with internal planning and review processes. The officer will ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs aligned with WFP standards, contributing to effective programme implementation and partner satisfaction.
Work Experience
Requires at least 7 years of progressive professional experience in partnerships, reporting, programme management, or information management. Demonstrated experience in donor reporting and partner engagement is essential. Experience with WFP or other UN agencies, and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, is desirable.
