Job Purpose
The Programme Associate (Quick Impact & Self-Reliance) will provide specialized operational and technical support to WFP Ukraine's resilience and self-reliance portfolio. This role is crucial for targeting residents and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the Odesa Area of Responsibility, contributing to Strategic Outcome 2 of the Integrated Country Strategic Plan. The associate will support the design and implementation of livelihood activities, coordinate and monitor project progress, and assist in operationalizing grant schemes for producers and MSMEs. Key responsibilities include stakeholder liaison, AgriHub monitoring, and contributing to the analysis of cash-based transfers and resilience programming effectiveness. This position plays a vital role in WFP's efforts to rebuild livelihoods and foster self-reliance in a conflict-affected region.

Work Experience
Requires six or more years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in programme, focusing on Resilience, Livelihoods, or similar activities. Post-secondary education can compensate: three years with a Master's Degree, or four years with a Bachelor's Degree.
