Responsibilities
The Cooperating Partner (CP) Management Officer plays a crucial role in administering partnership agreements and providing specialized support for policy and program decisions within the World Food Programme (WFP). This position is responsible for strategically engaging with operational partners to ensure the effective delivery of WFP's humanitarian assistance. Key duties include managing the entire lifecycle of cooperating partners, from proposal calls and technical reviews to the preparation of Field Level Agreements, all while ensuring strict adherence to WFP procedures. The role involves providing project management and administrative support, coordinating with various program units, and conducting due diligence and capacity assessments of partners to identify and mitigate risks. Work Experience
Requires a minimum of one year of professional experience in program-related activities, including contract management, partnerships, budgeting, and funds management. Familiarity with the public sector and NGOs in Tajikistan is advantageous. Experience in program implementation, partnership/project management, reporting, analysis, policy discussions, stakeholder collaboration, data quality, and monitoring processes is also desired.
