Job Purpose
The Business Support Assistant (HR) will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR office in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of HR services, including responding to staff queries, managing HR data, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The incumbent will maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with WFP standards and procedures. By assisting with staff deployment and contributing to process improvements, the Business Support Assistant plays a key role in enabling WFP to deliver effective humanitarian assistance and achieve its strategic objectives in Sierra Leone.

Fluency in English is essential.
Work Experience
Requires four or more years of progressively responsible work experience within the relevant business stream, including general administrative work.
