Job Purpose
The Partnerships, Communications and Reports (PCR) Unit leads WFP Philippines' external communications, advocacy, donor visibility, reporting, and brand management efforts. The team develops a wide range of communications and knowledge products that support programme delivery, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach. As demand continues to grow for high-quality visual content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, WFP Philippines requires dedicated design capacity to ensure communications materials remain engaging, professional, and aligned with WFP corporate branding standards. The Communications Associate (Graphic Designer) will support the development of visual assets and knowledge products for diverse audiences, while helping strengthen brand consistency across materials produced by the Country Office and external partners. The role involves providing guidance to colleagues and external vendors on applying WFP visual identity standards and maintaining a versioned library of design assets. Furthermore, the Graphic Designer leads the design and visual production of programme materials, learning tools, and knowledge products. This encompasses creating donor-facing products, corporate reports, presentations, advocacy materials, infographics, social media assets, and campaign materials, as well as providing design support for WFP events.
