Job Purpose
The Human Resources Assistant G5 will perform a range of HR tasks to support the accurate implementation of WFP policies and procedures, ensuring the effective functioning of HR services within the Timor-Leste Country Office. This role involves providing assistance with HR queries, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, and supporting onboarding. The incumbent will also be responsible for extracting and compiling HR data for reporting and analysis, and providing administrative support across various HR activities. A key aspect of the role is to ensure compliance with WFP's recruitment policies and procedures, and to assist in managing HR systems and databases, contributing to a client-focused and strategy-oriented HR service delivery.

Work Experience
