Job Purpose
The Management Services Officer will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, client-focused services within the Management Services portfolio, ensuring efficient support for WFP's food assistance operations in Ukraine. Key responsibilities include overseeing contracts for facilities, fleet, accommodation, and other services, contributing to emergency preparedness, and managing procurement processes. The role also entails utilizing digital tools, implementing UN Reform initiatives, conducting oversight missions, and leading diverse teams to ensure high performance and alignment with WFP's strategic objectives.

Work Experience
Requires at least five years of postgraduate professional experience, which can be from either the public or private sector. Experience in general administrative work is also necessary.
