Job Purpose
The Programme Policy Officer (Resilience & Climate) will coordinate and oversee the implementation of climate and resilience portfolios, including peacebuilding interventions. This role involves providing technical support and programmatic guidance to ensure strategic and operational integration of activities, fostering synergies with other projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating project outcomes, coordinating donor reporting, and contributing to the documentation and dissemination of best practices and lessons learned. This position is crucial for strengthening evidence-based approaches and supporting programmatic and strategic decision-making in climate resilience initiatives.

Work Experience
Requires at least one year of relevant professional experience in Resilience. Experience in implementing technical programs (e.g., nutrition), contributing to program design and operations, and participating in policy discussions and decisions is also necessary.
