Job Purpose
The Management Services Assistant (Fleet) will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of WFP Uganda's fleet and carpooling services. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services that directly support country and field operations in providing food assistance. The incumbent will oversee daily driver supervision, vehicle performance monitoring, and ensure compliance with WFP policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing carpooling requests, tracking vehicle utilization, maintaining accurate records in the Fleet Management System, and coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and insurance. This position demands meticulous attention to detail to safeguard organizational assets, ensure safety, and maintain accountability in a high-demand operational environment.

Work Experience
