Job Purpose
The Management Services Associate (Building System) will provide specialized administrative and technical support within the Global HQ Facilities and Projects Unit. Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating administrative and technical support for the Management Services portfolio to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring resource needs, analyzing data, and preparing reports to aid decision-making. The position requires processing procurement and financial actions accurately and promptly, and recommending procedural improvements for continuous service enhancement. Resolving complex queries efficiently and utilizing digital tools to optimize working practices and customer service are also crucial. Additionally, it involves providing advice and training to junior staff on Management Services regulations and systems. Work Experience
Requires at least six years of relevant work experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale buildings.
