Job Purpose
The Project Release Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of digital services within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Division. This position is key to driving the Finance Strategy 2027 initiative, which focuses on streamlining financial services through corporate service management tools. The coordinator will lead change management activities, including developing and executing change management and communication plans, assessing impacts, and ensuring organizational readiness. Responsibilities include supporting go-live monitoring, gathering user feedback, assessing business requirements for new digital services, and leading training efforts by identifying needs, designing programs, and developing learning materials. The objective is to ensure the successful adoption and effective use of new technologies, thereby improving organizational insights and enhancing the experience of staff requesting financial services, while enabling Finance to manage requests more efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
The Project Release Management Coordinator will lead change management activities for the Finance Strategy 2027 initiative, focusing on streamlining finance services through corporate service management tools. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive change management plan, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments. The role requires raising user and stakeholder awareness about new processes and tools, supporting their design, development, and delivery, and monitoring go-live phases to gather feedback for improvements. A key responsibility is leading training efforts, which includes assessing training needs, designing and developing training programs and materials for both HQ and field levels, and facilitating sessions. The coordinator will also support business requirements gathering and assess the feasibility of new digital services. This consultancy aims to improve organizational insights and enhance the user experience for financial services, ensuring efficient and effective request management and promoting the adoption of new technologies like RPA and chatbots. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of change management principles and project management approaches.
Work Experience
Requires at least 8 years of progressively responsible postgraduate experience in a related field or capacity.
